What is the Trust?
We’re a new group of people from the local community who have formed a charity to acquire the central portion of Buckenham Woods in rural Norfolk (UK) and to become its caretakers. We will protect and manage the woodland, allowing wildlife to thrive and ensuring that our local community continues to benefit from this ancient green space for many generations to come.
How can you support the Trust?
1. Become a member – it’s free!
We need members so that funders can see we have community support, and to guide our decisions.
2. Volunteer
We need volunteers to help us raise money to buy the woodland, and then manage it for people and wildlife.
3. Donate
We’re raising money to purchase the woodland, and then manage it for people and wildlife. If you have already donated – thank you! Please spread the word and encourage others to donate.
