Litter picking success
A big thanks to local volunteers for two massive litter picking sessions last month!
Thanks to the help of a group of local volunteers, including the scouts, we were able to clear some of the most visible rubbish in the wood during two Sunday sessions in January. With the permission and help of the current landowner, over one hundred tyres were collected for recycling as well as a large pile of scrap metal and around thirty sacks of other rubbish. Great work!

We need members so that funders can see we have community support, and to guide our decisions.

We need volunteers to help us raise money to buy the woodland, and then manage it for people and wildlife.

We’re raising money to purchase the woodland, and then manage it for people and wildlife. If you have already donated – thank you! Please spread the word and encourage others to donate.
